FIELD: mechanics.

SUBSTANCE: cutter head comprises cylindrical body with bore receiving the tube end and furnished with tool mounting joint. Said body incorporates also inner element intended for cutting the tube inner surface to the depth below the tube end face and at least two outer elements or one chamfer cutting element, or at least two outer elements and one chamfer cutting element. Note that said outer elements are intended for cutting the tube outer surface to the depth below the tube end face and attached to the cutting element base arranged in the aforesaid body and furnished with cutting surfaces located at a greater radial distance from the central axis compared with those of the inner element. Note that the cutting surface of at least one cutting element extends to over one axial end of the aforesaid body. Note also that the chamfer cutting element designed to cut chamfer on one end of the tube is jointed to the said body and furnished with cutting surface located in the channel at greater radial distance compared with the inner element cutting surface.
