SUBSTANCE: according to the first embodiment the device for the separation of biological fluid components is made of a housing with a cover and a fluid inlet and outlet connecting pipes. The device also comprises of a separating chamber formed by two truncated cones arranged with their bases adjacent to each other symmetrically relative to the central axis of the device, at least two vertical connecting pipes fixed on a holder outside the separating chamber parallel to the central axis of the device, the lower ends of which are inside the separating chamber and connected by T-shaped junctions with at least two horizontal connecting pipes arranged perpendicular to the central axis of the device, so that they do not touch the separating chamber walls. The outer ends of the vertical connecting pipes are connected to the header pipes for the supply of the biological fluids and washing fluid equipped with shut-off valves. There are inlet injectors for the supply of aerosolized biological fluids arranged at an angle of 90° at the ends of one of the horizontal pipes. There are outlet nozzles for the jet supply of washing liquid arranged at an angle of 90° in the opposite direction to the injectors at the ends of the other connecting pipes. A fluid outlet nipple is fitted in the bottom of the separating chamber and connected to the central nozzle through a tapered part. The central nozzle is located inside the hopper without touching its walls. The hopper is mounted on a stationary outer holder and at the bottom has a conical chamfer merging into a tee joint of the outlet header pipes for the fluid separated from the precipitate and for washing liquid with precipitate. The header pipes are equipped with shut-off valves. The nipple is connected with the holder inside the bearing disposed in the housing base, and with the rotary drive. According to another embodiment the device for the separation of components of biological fluids comprises of at least three vertical connecting pipes fixed on the holder inside the housing above the separating chamber parallel to the central axis of the device. The outer upper end of one of the vertical connecting pipe located at the center of the device is connected to the header pipes fo the outlet of the fluid separated from the precipitate and of the washing liquid with a precipitate. The header pipes are equipped with shut-off valves. The device comprises of a sleeve at the bottom of the separating chamber with a tapered part that enters a coupling inside the bearing of the housing base which is coupled to the motor drive. At least two devices according to one of the embodiments are built in the unit for the separation of biological fluid components in the fluid supply header pipe and the fluid outlet header pipe.
