SUBSTANCE: invention refers to clinical and laboratory diagnostics in paediatrics and concerns express diagnostics of children's acute inflammatory pathology. Method for early rapid diagnosis of the patient's acute inflammatory pathology in children by physical and chemical examination of urine consists in the fact that in the urine obtained ex tempore, initial nephelometric indicator of urine transparency (V1) is determined, which is taken as 100 %, then urine is cooled to 0–(−2) °C without ice formation during 3 minutes, after which the final nephelometric indicator of urine transparency (V2) is repeatedly determined, the coefficient Kv equal to V1/V2 is determined, and if Kv is less than 0.9, the presence of an acute inflammatory disease or activation of a chronic inflammatory process is diagnosed. Also disclosed is an apparatus for realizing a method for early rapid diagnosis of an animal's inflammatory pathology in children.
