SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to pharmaceutical industry. Device and a method for producing a hormonal concentrate from urine of a human or mammal are disclosed. Device includes housing, cover, connector with horizontal outlets for fluid inlet and outlet, cooling element, heating element, concentrator for collection of hormonal concentrate, photo-optic unit, level sensor and temperature sensor. Method includes urine cooling directed from periphery to centre to −10 °C with replacement of ice concentrate containing hormonal concentrate with liquid concentrate to concentrator, draining the hormonal concentrate into an external accumulator having a precipitant and a preserving agent, mixing and holding the hormonal concentrate at room temperature, followed by separation of the residue.
EFFECT: inventions provide higher quality of urine pre-treatment, as well as quality and efficiency of technological process of obtaining hormonal concentrate therefrom.
