SUBSTANCE: for this, spectral-luminescent method is used that includes irradiation of soybean cake or meal by ultraviolet at a wavelength of 365 nm, and recording of the luminescence spectrum. To reduce the measurement time to 10 seconds, the measured spectrum is normalized in the interval of 0-1. For calibration, normalized spectra of reference samples luminescence with a known content of trypsin, determined by the specific activity of urease in the pH range of 2.20-0.04 in the region of 500-700 nm are recorded. Using a set of reference samples, a family of spectral curves corresponding to the standards is obtained. The concentration of the trypsin inhibitor is estimated based on the value of the normalized luminescence signal as compared to the reference curves. The device for method implementation comprises LEDs equipped with bandpass filters with a bandwidth of 350-385 nm, located below the transparent vial with the sample being studied. The vial has a low level of luminescence, and the luminescent radiation directed vertically downwards is focused by a lens on the micro spectrometer slit.
EFFECT: accurate and reliable way to determine the soy content in the farm animals feed.
