SUBSTANCE: anti-explosion panel with an emergency notification system contains metal armoured frame with metal armoured skin and lead-filler and has four fixed support sleeves in the ends, and four support rods, telescopically inserted into the fixed support sleeves of the panel, embedded in the cover of the explosive object, the filler is made in the form of an air-lead disperse system, wherein the lead is made in the form of a crumb, and the support rods are made elastic, wherein additional elements, damping the shock action, are attached to the ends of the support rods on the side facing towards metal frame. The emergency notification system includes a safety indicator secured between flanges that are rigidly fixed to the top of the armoured metal skin of the metal frame of the anti-explosion panel and at the top of the cover of the explosive object at the opening intended to discharge the overpressure. The safety indicator consists of a sensor responding to deformation, the output of which is connected to a signal amplifier, such as a strain-gauge-amplifier, and the output of the strain-gauge-amplifier is connected to the input of the emergency notification system device. To fix the limit position of the panel to the ends of the supporting elastic rods with stop sheets, a damping element is attached, designed to dampen the impact loads of the panel against the stop sheets, wherein it is attached oppositely to the panel and is directed towards it, and is made in the form of a three-dimensional body with an internal cavity and surfaces that are equidistant to the surfaces of the panel. Its internal cavity is filled with a disperse air-lead system, and lead is made in the form of a crumb of spherical shape.
EFFECT: increasing the explosion protective devices operation reliability in case of emergency explosion at the facility, and providing of these structures return into the original position after the explosion.
