SUBSTANCE: counter-explosion panel with a combined damping element, containing a metal armored frame with a metal armored shell and a lead filler, which has four fixed support sleeves in the ends, and four support rods rigidly embedded in the cover of the explosive object, which are telescopically inserted into the stationary support sleeves of panels, the filler is made in the form of an air-lead disperse system. Lead is made in the form of crumbs, and support rods are made elastic. To the ends of the support rods on the side facing the metal frame, additional elements are added, damping the impact of the shock wave. The emergency notification system includes a safety indicator secured between flanges that are rigidly fixed to the top of the armored metal skin of the metal frame of the anti-explosion panel and at the top of the cover of the explosive object at the opening intended to discharge the overpressure. The safety indicator consists of a strain-sensitive sensor, such as a strain gage, whose output is connected to a signal amplifier, for example a strain gage, the output of the strain gage is connected to the input of the alarm system, and to fix the limit position of the panel to the ends of the supporting elastic bars with stop sheets, an additional element is attached, which dampens the impact of the shock wave and is made in the form of a volumetric body with an internal cavity and surfaces that are equidistant pane of the panel. Its internal cavity is filled with a disperse air-lead system, and lead is made in the form of a crumb of spherical shape. Attached oppositely to the panel and directed towards it, i.e. towards her movement during the explosion.
EFFECT: increasing the explosion protective devices operation reliability in case of emergency explosion at the facility, and providing of these structures return into the original position after the explosion.
