FIELD: protective devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to protective devices used in explosive and radioactive facilities, such as easy detachable panels and roofs, blast guards and shields, pressure relief valves. Explosion proof panel with the emergency notification system contains a metal armored frame with a metal armored cover and a filler-lead, which has four fixed branch pipes in the ends, and in the cover of the explosive object four support rods are rigidly embedded, which are telescopically inserted into the stationary pipe fittings of the panel, the filler is made in the form of an air-lead disperse system, the said lead is shaped as frit while the load-bearing bars are flexible, while to the ends of the support rods, from the side facing the metal frame, additional elements damping blast wave effect are attached. Emergency notification system contains a safety indicator fixed between the flanges, which are rigidly fixed on the upper part of the armored metal plating of the metal frame of the explosion proof panel, and in the upper part of the cover of the explosive object at the opening intended for dropping the excess pressure, safety indicator consists of a sensor responding to deformation, such as a resistive strain gauge, the output of which is connected to a signal amplifier, for example a strain gauge amplifier, and the output of the amplifier is connected to the input of the emergency alerting system, and to fix the limit position of the panel to the ends of the supporting elastic rods with the stopping sheets is attached oppositely to the panel and directed to its side, i.e. to meet its movement during the explosion, an additional element, which dampens the impact of the shock wave and is made in the form of a body with an internal cavity and surfaces equidistant to the surfaces of the panel, and its inner cavity is filled with a three-layered symmetrical disperse system, the central layer of which is a layer of symmetry of the body of the additional element, is made of a vibration damping material, and the adjacent layers are filled with an air-lead disperse system.
EFFECT: higher reliability of explosion-resistant device operation during emergency explosion at the facility, and ensured return of these device to the original position after explosion.
