FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: fodder mixture includes a protein and a mineral additive, components of animal and vegetable origin and fodder yeast. As a protein additive, it contains a protein preparation obtained by washing insect larvae at t 50-100°C for 21-30 minutes, grinding the biomass and extracting the protein with a 0.6-14.0% alkaline solution at the ratio of 1:1, 1:2, 1:12 at a temperature t 20°C-100°C, with constant stirring for 5-9 minutes. Chitin and lipids are removed. The extract is fermented with lactic bacteria for 3-5 hours. Whey is removed, the protein is dried. The initial components used at the following ratio, wt %: protein preparation - 0.5-20.0, mineral additive (including salt 0.9) - 2.0-7.0, components of animal origin - 0.5-10.0, fodder yeast - 4.0-7.0, components of plant origin - the rest.
