SUBSTANCE: method includes positioning of one hand above the other; fixing of one and other ends of ligature between palm surfaces of ungula phalanges of hands 1-th and 2-nd fingers, between hands 3 d and 4 th fingers and between palm surfaces of hands 3d-5 th fingers and palm surfaces of hand metacarpal regions; intersecting of ligature thread ends in middle third of ungula phalanx of 2nd finger of hand initially found above the other; introduction into ligature window, from side of rear surface of ungula phalanx of 2-nd finger of hand initially found above the other, of distal part of ungula phalanx of 4-th finger of hand initially found below the other; simultaneous bringing of ligature thread ends in form of semicircular loops from ligature window in mutually opposite directions; ligature thread ends in form of semicircular loops from ligature window in mutually opposite directions; making of the first loop of knot; refixing of ends of ligature thread between palm surfaces of hand 1-th and 2-nd fingers; fixing of ligature crossing between middle third of ungual phalanx of 2-nd finger of hand initially found below the other and palm surface of ungual phalanx of 1-th finger of same hand; making of the second loop of knot.
