FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves crossing hands and placing one hand above the other. One and the other ligature end are sequentially fixed between hand palm surfaces of fingernail phalanges of the first and the second finger. The same ligature ends are additionally fixed between the third and the fourth fingers. The same ligature ends are additionally fixed between hand palm surfaces of fingernail phalanges of the third-fifth fingers and hand palm surfaces of metacarpal hand zones. The ligature ends are hold equidistantly stretched. The ligatures ends are brought closer. The ligatures ends are crossed in the middle part of the fingernail phalanx of the second finger of initially higher positioned hand on the palm surface and the ligature crossing- over center is fixed between the surface and palm surface of the fingernail phalanx of the first finger of the same hand. The first and the second fingers of initially lower hand slide along the hold ligature end in distal direction over 7-8 cm long distance eliminating the additional fixation of this ligature end at the same time with the third-fifth fingers of this hand. The ligature end is brought close to formed ligature window from the side of the back surface of the proximal part of the second finger fingernail phalanx of the initially higher hand and towards the ligature end stretched all the time with this hand. The distal part of the fourth finger fingernail phalanx of the initially lower hand is at the same time introduced into the ligature window from the back surface side of the initially higher hand. The adjacent part of the ligature end is pulled aside closer to body with palmar surface of the fourth finger fingernail phalanx of initially lower hand. The ligature end brought close with the same hand is placed on the back surface of the fourth finger fingernail phalanx of the initially lower hand and brought out from the ligature window as semi-circular loop. The ligature end is repeatedly fixed between palm surface of the fingernail phalanx of the first finger and back surface of the fourth finger fingernail phalanx of the initially lower hand and concurrently stretched. In sliding along this ligature end in distal direction until it goes out of the ligature window. Hand is taken away at the same time that slides along the ligature end to pronation position. This ligature end is additionally fixed between the palm surfaces of fingernail phalanges of the first and the second finger of the same hand. The initially higher hand is set in pronation position and the distal part of the second finger fingernail phalanx of the same hand is taken away from the ligature window. The knot is tied. The initially lower hand is transferred to supination position and the knot is additionally controllably tightened until complete juxtaposition of human organism tissues and organs takes place. EFFECT: reliably hold ligature ends in making knots; accelerated operation process.
