FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to plants for producing hydrogen by steam-air conversion of hydrocarbons. Plant comprises a steam-air reforming unit equipped with a line for introducing a heated mixture of air and water, as well as lines for introducing a heated mixture of hydrocarbon feedstock, water, water condensate and hydrogen-bearing gas output, on which a recovery heat exchanger is installed. At the same time, on the hydrogen-containing gas outlet line, there is a hydrogen recovery unit equipped with a hydrogen outlet line and a purge gas outlet line, on which an oxidation unit with an air supply line and an exhaust gas outlet line with a heat exchanger for heating the air-water mixture is located. Moreover, as a line for introducing a heated mixture of air and water, the unit is equipped with a line for introducing a heated mixture of air and water condensate; as the inlet line for a heated mixture of hydrocarbon raw materials, water, water condensate – with an inlet line for the heated mixture of hydrocarbon raw material and water condensate; and as a heat exchanger for heating a mixture of air and water – with a heat exchanger for heating the mixture of air and water condensate. Hydrogen recovery unit is equipped with a water condensate feed line. Also the unit is equipped with an electric generator with a gas turbine unit.
EFFECT: technical result is an autonomous hydrogen unit.
