SUBSTANCE: invention relates to plants for producing hydrogen by steam-air conversion of hydrocarbons and can be used in autonomous energy sources on fuel cells. This plant includes a hydrocarbon feed line and a steam-air reformer equipped with a line for introducing a heated mixture of air and water, as well as lines for injecting a heated mixture of hydrocarbon feedstock with water and for discharging hydrogen-containing gas, heat exchanger is installed on the lines, equipped with a condenser, a hydrogen evolution unit with a hydrogen outlet line and an oxidation unit with an air supply line and an exhaust gas outlet line, on which a heat exchanger for heating a mixture of air and water is installed. In this case, the hydrogen evolution unit is located in the reactor and is equipped with a hydrogenselective partition, the condenser-condenser is installed on the exhaust gas outlet line after the heat exchanger for heating the air-water mixture and is equipped with water supply lines in the hydrocarbon feed and air supply line, the plant is equipped with an electric generator with a gas turbine unit, the turbine of which is located on the exhaust gas outlet line, and the compressor is equipped with an air intake line and compressed air supply lines to the oxidation unit and to the reactor.
EFFECT: technical result is the autonomy of the installation.
