FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: plurality of thermoelement branches made of active material with thermoelectric activity are introduced, as such, in a flat substrate made of electrically and thermally insulating substrate material, thereby the thermoelement branches pass through the substrate substantially perpendicular to the substrate plane, wherein the active material is prepared in advance in the form of a powder, pressed to produce green blanks and then sintered inside the substrate to produce the thermoelement branches.
EFFECT: providing possibility to increase freedom of thermo-and electrically insulating degree of substrate material.
