FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: two-flow gas burner comprises a housing with a gas supply pipe made in the form of a truncated cone, oriented with a smaller base to the output, an air supply pipe located tangentially to the housing, a ring collector, a cylindrical nozzle located inside the housing, plugged on the output side, connected with the gas supply pipe, the walls of which are made with holes with screw channels located inside, axes of the holes are directed at an acute angle to radial planes and to nozzle generatrices toward the output and in the direction of the air flow rotation in the housing, the ring collector is made in the form of a spray chamber with an output toroidal throat, and the gas supply pipe is replaced by a water supply pipe, connected to the spray chamber. A cylindrical nozzle is placed in a hard-cylindrical perforated shell, which is attached to the end of the plugged output of the cylindrical nozzle and is installed with a gap relative to the outer surface of the cylindrical nozzle. The diameter of the perforated holes exceeds the diameter of the holes in the cylindrical nozzle by 2-4 times, and the number of perforated holes in the cylindrical shell does not exceed the number of holes in the cylindrical nozzle.
EFFECT: increasing efficiency of gas fuel burning by ensuring a complete and uniform mixing of air and gas flows.
