FIELD: devices for combustion of gases in furnaces of thermally-stressed technological plants; petrochemical, power and other industries and metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: gas burner includes contraction mixer connected to body; at outlet, it is connected to cylindrical nozzle with outlet toroidal embrasure; burner has circular collector with gas supply branch pipe; mixer is connected to collector by rows of holes whose axes are directed at acute angle relative to radial planes and to generatrices of mixer towards nozzle; holes in walls of mixer are made in form of taper swirling chambers with central jet holes and helical passages; lesser bases of taper chambers are directed inside contraction mixer. Burner is also provided with central cylindrical nozzle mounted inside body; this nozzle has perforations made in form of holes with axes directed at acute angle to radial planes and to generatrices of nozzle towards outlet; body is made in form of truncated cone whose lesser base is oriented to outlet; air supply branch pipe is tangentially connected to body.
