FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises injecting a reaction mixture into a closed cavity and curing the said mixture to form a polyisocyanurate foam. The specified mould cavity is at an absolute pressure of 300 to 950 mbar. The specified reaction mixture comprises organic polyisocyanate (a), a polyol mixture (b), a trimerization catalyst (c), at least, one non-flammable substance (d), optionally auxiliary substances (e), and a blowing agent (f). The isocyanate index of this reaction mixture is more than 250. The polyol mixture (b) comprises an aromatic polyester polyol in an amount of, at least, 35 wt % and a novolak-based polyol. The combination of a certain blowing composition based on polyisocyanurate and the reduced pressure in the mould cavity ensures producing and getting a layered "sandwich"-type panels using a periodic process.
EFFECT: panels are characterized by the increased fire resistance.
