FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a method of producing polyisocyanurate-polyurethane-containing rigid foam material with high content of closed pores. Said method involves combining and mixing, with an isocyanate index, of at least 100 polyisocyanate composition (a), isocyanate-reactive composition (b), trimerisation catalyst composition (c) and optionally one or more additives (d). Trimerisation catalytic composition contains at least one compound selected from organic alkoxides of formula (RO-)xM+ x, where R is an organic group which is selected from a hydrocarbyl group, where the hydrocarbyl groups have 1–4 carbon atoms, x is a number defined by the oxidation degree M, M is selected from an alkali metal ion, an alkali-earth metal ion, a transition metal ion such as Ti, or a quaternary ammonium ion.
EFFECT: said method enables to obtain polyisocyanurate-polyurethane-containing rigid foam material with high content of closed pores, having density of up to 100 kg/m3, heat conductivity from 20 to 30 mW/m⋅K and content of closed pores is more than 75 % in terms of total content of closed and open pores present in the material.
