FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: workpiece is laid in a forming device, with an upper matrix and a lower matrix, and then the forming device is closed to form a workpiece. And the workpiece consists of fibrous material impregnated with a matrix material - prepreg. Herewith the workpiece is preheated by means of a heating device, and the shaping surface of the forming device with the preform is cooled to a temperature below about 10°C and/or its cooled state is pre-provided by the cooling device. Herewith after forming the workpiece, it is removed from the forming device and placed in a curing device, in which both the thermal curing and compaction of the workpiece are simultaneously performed.
EFFECT: increasing the flexibility in moulding the polymer part to be manufactured.
