SUBSTANCE: stand (100) contains a supporting structure, a cassette-holder (3) of rolls configured for movement along the rolling axis (X) from the working position inside the supporting structure (13) to the extended position outside the supporting structure (13) by transverse movement relative to the rolling axis (X), three mill rolls (2, 2', 2''), each of which has a corresponding support (6, 6', 6") mounted in the cassette-holder (3) of rolls with the corresponding axes of symmetry located at 120°angle relative to each other. The first mill rolls (2) of said three mill rolls (2, 2', 2'') has a corresponding axis of symmetry arranged horizontally, and a corresponding pivot axis arranged vertically. The cassette-holder (3) of rolls has a Y-shaped opening on both side walls (10), which base is located at the vertical axis of the holder support, which makes it possible to extend the cassette-holder of rolls in the direction, which coincides with the horizontal axis of the holder with the vertical axis, while maintaining the support attached to the supporting structure (13) of the rolling mill stand. During standard maintenance the cassette (3) is removed from the rolling mill structure in transverse direction with support of the roll holder with a vertical axis attached to the cassette, as well as the other roll supports.

EFFECT: possibility for releasing the pipe during rolling in the event of emergency situation.
