FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: stand contains a fixed supporting structure (13), a cassette (3) holding three forming roll (2, 2', 2"), each of which has a corresponding support (6, 6', 6"). holders, located in the cassette (3) which is movable transversely relative to the rolling axis and along this axis from an operating position within the support structure (13) to an extended position outside the support structure (13), the axis of rotation of the first forming roll (2) is vertically disposed. At least one hydraulic assembly (4, 4', 4") for each (2, 2', 2") forming roll is configured to adjust the radial position and move the corresponding drive cylinder to a distance from the rolling axis, preventing contact with the cassette (3) during its movement from the operating position to the extended position. A longitudinal open groove (10) is formed in the cassette (3), the central axis of which coincides with the longitudinal center axis of the support (6) of the holder of the first forming roll (2), and its vertical dimension exceeds the diameter of the rolled tube. The groove (10) is closed at the first end and is open at the second end and has a shape, corresponding to the side portion of the cassette (3) in a position where the roll holding cassette (3) is installed in the rolling mill stand. The fixed support structure (13) has a wedge-shaped region formed by two support surfaces (14", 14"') located at an angle to the horizontal axis and aligned with the guide legs (6) of the holder (3) for centering and maintaining the support (6) of the holder of the first forming roll (2) held by the corresponding hydraulic unit (4). The stand contains a locking device (7, 8, 9) for the supports (6, 6', 6") of the holder inside the cassette (3).
EFFECT: invention simplifies and facilitates the release of a tube jammed during the rolling process.
