SUBSTANCE: method includes comparing the previous transfer operations in an unlicensed spectrum with a threshold value of operations, transferring the first sub-frame type in an unlicensed spectrum during the next active transmission, when the number of previous operations of the transfer exceeds the threshold, and transferring the second sub-frame type in an unlicensed spectrum during the next active transmission, when the number of previous transfer operations is less than a threshold value of operations, wherein the second sub-frame type contains more robust sub-frame type against the first sub-frame type.
EFFECT: ensuring the possibility of using an unlicensed spectrum for communication under the long-term development project standard.
