SUBSTANCE: method comprises the stages of transmitting the first communication signal of orthogonal frequency division multiple access (OFDMA) to a wireless node in a licensed spectrum, and transmitting the second OFDMA communication signal to the wireless node in an unlicensed spectrum, parallel to transmitting the first OFDMA communication signal. In addition, the method comprises the stages of forming a periodic selector interval for the downlink of a cellular communication in the unlicensed spectrum, and synchronizing at least one boundary of the periodic selector interval with at least one boundary of the periodic frame structure connected with the primary component carrier of the cellular communication downlink.

EFFECT: reducing the load on the LTE downlink in the licensed spectrum by unloading it into the unlicensed spectrum.
