FIELD: electrical communication engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the radio communications. Methods and devices are described in which an unlicensed spectrum is used for LTE (long-term evolution) communication. First method includes receiving feedback information from the uplink user equipment (UE) on the primary component carrier (PCC) in the licensed spectrum. Second method includes transmitting feedback information from the UE to the Enhanced Node B (eNB) on the PCC uplink in the licensed spectrum. Feedback information addresses the signals transmitted to the UE on the downlink in the unlicensed spectrum.
EFFECT: technical result is to improve the reliability of the feedback information for the unlicensed spectrum.
