FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: hardware complex for evaluating thermal characteristics of textile materials which includes physical model of the human body element in the form of a hermetic cylindrical reservoir with working liquid, equipped with inner heater and temperature controller consisting of a thermostatically controlled reservoir with liquid and a pump supplying liquid to the working surface by means of a pipeline, a collector and distribution needles; a system of continuous control of power consumed by the heater; primary temperature transducers connected to temperature controllers for its continuous control; means for measuring duration of pulse of energy supply to working volume and time between the moments of repeated inclusions of the heater. The hardware complex additionally comprises a test automation system. The human body model is in the form of a cylindrical reservoir to the which flange a bottom with an electric heater and a temperature meter is attached through a sealing gasket, the electric heater has a helical shape which provides more uniform temperature of the working volume and working surface of the body model of the human body. The system of continuous power control is in the form of wattmeter with a digital output, and the meter of working volume temperature is in the form of a hollow tube with length of at least 0.5 m from moisture-resistant material, well-conducting heat, with a union, and equipped with at least four primary temperature transducers with a digital output, the spaces between them are filled with a fine-dispersed material of high thermal conductivity, for example, quartz sand.
EFFECT: improved quality of simulation of operating conditions and measurement accuracy of thermophysical properties of textiles.
