FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: method of accelerated solid-phase fermentation of wastes of vegetable raw material for feed production consists of the following operations: a) preliminary steaming (pasteurization) of the chopped waste of vegetable raw material at a temperature of 80°C to 150°C and at an excessive pressure up to 10 bar; b) pasteurized biomass cooling by adding cold water or natural cooling; c) solid-phase fermentation of the resulted biomass by a mixture of microorganisms based on mycelium of cellulolytic, pectolytic and amylolytic microfungi at a temperature of 50-55°C, humidity of 45-65% of raw materials, holding time from 3 up to 6 h when simulating a gaseous medium in a sealed altitude test chamber by supplying a mixture of oxygen and nitrogen at intervals not less than every hour to obtain a wet feed concentrate; d) homogeneous mixing of wet feed concentrate with the chopped grain crops at the ratio from 1:1 to 1:4 until the moisture content of the mixture is 20-25%, optimal for the subsequent process of the feed pelletizing. The operation of steaming (pasteurization) is carried out by means of periodic steam supply and adjusting of heating elements of the TEH type.

EFFECT: implementation of the invention provides energy-efficient processing of wastes of the vegetable raw material in dry feed concentrate with increased nutritional value for efficient farm livestock.
