FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to phthisiology, physiotherapy and rehabilitation, and can be used in the rehabilitation of patients with tuberculosis of the intrathoracic lymph nodes. To do this, perform physical and breathing exercises with the patient on land, in the water and visit the sauna in an indoor pool. Each session contains an introductory, basic and final part. Visiting the sauna is carried out at the end of the main part in combination with hardening procedures in form of body dousing with water with a temperature of 22.5 °C with the beginning of the rehabilitation course and the gradual decrease in temperature to 17.5 ° C from the end of the course. Full course includes 10–12 sessions of two sessions per week, the duration of each session is 60 minutes. 10 minutes are taken to the opening part, 10–15 minutes to the final part, the rest of the time is taken to the main part. In the introduction, the patient becomes accustomed to water. Then the entire body of the patient is trained to perform the exercises of the main part, for which the patient performs free swimming in the pool for 10 minutes at a water temperature of 28–30 °C. After that, the patient goes to the land to perform the exercises of the main part, which includes a certain sequence of exercises under the supervision of an instructor in curative physical culture. Patient performs physical and breathing exercises, being on land, 3 times each and, while in the water, also 3 times each.
EFFECT: method provides effective rehabilitation of this category of patients due to developed comprehensive health effects on the work of the respiratory and cardiovascular systems by special physical and respiratory exercises in a certain sequence.
