SUBSTANCE: oriented film includes the first to fourth regions having the first to fourth orientation angles. The first polarized light having the first intensity is emitted to the first and the second regions of the photosensitive film. The second polarized light having the second intensity is emitted to the second and the third regions of the photosensitive film. The third polarized light having the third intensity is emitted to the first to fourth regions of the photosensitive film. The polarization angles of the first-third polarized light differ from each other. The second polarization angle is larger than the first polarization angle, and the third polarization angle is larger than the second polarization angle. The polarization angle of the second or the third polarized light emitted to the third region is less than the third orientation angle. The third intensity is less than the first intensity and the second intensity.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to manufacture a film with different directions of orientation with a high accuracy.
