FIELD: electronic equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the liquid crystal displays manufacturing technologies. Liquid crystal device includes the thin-film transistor array substrate, CF substrate and the liquid crystal layer. Thin-film transistors array substrate includes the first electrode layer and covering the first electrode layer the first orienting layer, the black matrix and the photosensor located thereon. Color CF layer is formed between the glass substrate and the thin-film transistor array substrate passivation layer. CF substrate includes the second electrode layer and covering the second electrode layer the second orienting layer. Liquid crystal layer is located between the first orienting layer and the second orienting layer.
EFFECT: device enables improvement in the color shift parameters at large viewing angles.
