FIELD: pharmacology.

SUBSTANCE: method for determination of mycophenolic acid concentration in the human blood plasma differs by chromatographic separation of the matrix components conducted using Kinetex Phenomenex C18 column (30×4.6 mm, 2.6 mcm) at a flow rate of 0.4 ml/min as the following conditions of gradient elution are met: from the beginning of the analysis, and up to 1 min, acetonitrile content in the mobile phase is 40%, water content is 60%; from 1 min to 1.5 min of the analysis, acetonitrilecontent linearly rises to 65%, water content linearly decreases to 35%; from 1.5 min to 2.0 min of the analysis, acetonitrile content linearly rises to 90%, water content linearly decreases to 10%; from 2.0 min to 2.5 min of the analysis, acetonitrile content is 90%, water content is 10%; from 2.5 min to 3.0 min of the analysis, acetonitrile content linearly decreases to 65%, water content linearly increases to 35%; from 3.0 min to 3.5 min of the analysis, acetonitrile content linearly decreases to 40%, water content linearly increases to 60%; from 3.5 min to the end of the analysis, acetonitrile content is 40%, water content is 60%.
