SUBSTANCE: method includes the steps of: obtaining of a parameter registered by the sensor in the portable device; determination of the physiological parameter based on the sensor parameter; determination of a change in the user's sleep state; detection of whether the change in the sleep state corresponds to a predetermined condition; definition of the specified period t1 time during which the user is in a state of easy sleep. The step of air conditioner activation for heating includes: immediate activation of the air conditioner for heating when a change in the sleep state is found to correspond to a specified condition in case of t1≤t2; activation of the air conditioner for heating after the period (t1-t2) of time since discovery of a change in the sleep state corresponding to a specified condition in case of t1>t2. At that, t2 is a predetermined period of time during which the temperature of the indoor air is increased by the air conditioner to a predetermined temperature.

EFFECT: room temperature increase to the desired temperature when the user wakes up.
