SUBSTANCE: head fullerene part of the carbon nanotube is bombarded by the emission of radioactive element, as a result of the single fusion of alpha particles and carbon nuclei, 7.161 MeV of energy is emitted, an electromagnetic pulse, shock wave and electron avalanche are shaped. Their direction is formed by the structure of the carbon nanotube. There is an electromotive force, and an electric pulse is removed from the electrodes.

EFFECT: independence of operation of a small-sized pulse current generator, with an increased efficiency, without intermediate conversion of the emitted energy into electric power.
