SUBSTANCE: in the method an application (APP) is downloaded from the Internet on a smartphone, when the APP is being loaded, it creates a virtual prepaid card and automatically associates a telephone number of the mentioned smartphone used for subscription with its identifier, so that the identifier of the virtual card consists from a telephone number of this smartphone, then it is registered in a computer system of electronic money institution (EMI), which must serve the mentioned virtual prepaid card, at least mentioned subscription telephone number, email address of the owner of the mentioned subscription, password for subsequent access and secret PIN-code for future payment instructions.
EFFECT: automation of the creation of a prepaid virtual card.
