FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: inventions relate to a two-layer coating that can be laid on various surfaces. A two-layer safety coating consists of a bottom layer of material and a top layer of material. The bottom layer of the material comprises a hardened binder, polyurethane glue, granulated ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) with fraction sizes from 1 mm to 50 mm and rubber granules with fraction sizes from 1 mm to 8 mm, with an amount per 1 square meter and a thickness of the bottom layer of 10 mm being: polyurethane adhesive from 1.1 kg to 1.5 kg; EVA from 0.1 kg to 0.9 kg; rubber granules from 1.2 kg to 5.4 kg. The top layer of material comprises, per 1 square meter and a top layer thickness of 10 mm, the following components: hardened binder, polyurethane glue in an amount of 1.2 kg to 1.7 kg, mixed with granulated ethylene-propylene rubber (EPDM) in an amount from 9 kg to 11 kg with a fraction size from 1 mm to 5 mm or with vulcanized thermoplastic elastomers (TPV) in an amount from 9 kg to 11 kg with a fraction size from 1 mm to 5 mm or with thermoplastic vulcanized rubber in an amount from 9 kg to 11 kg with fraction sizes from 1 mm to 5 mm or hardened binder, polyurethane glue, in an amount from 1.2 kg to 1.8 kg mixed with rubber granules in an amount from 5 kg to 7 kg with fraction sizes from 1 mm to 5 mm and colouring pigments in an amount from 0.2 kg to 0.45 kg, whereas the bottom layer of material and the top layer of material are interconnected to form a single monolithic two-layer coating.
EFFECT: increase in the reliability and safety of a two-layer coating, an increase in its shock-absorbing properties while simultaneously increasing wear resistance.
