FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: method for manufacturing a multilayer safety carpeting intended for laying on various surfaces in areas located both indoors and outdoors, intended for child play, sports, as elements of geoplastics and artificial relief. The carpeting manufacturing method includes preparing a mixture for the lower and upper layers, successively laying out the mixture of each layer. Additionally, a mixture is prepared for the middle layer, while in order to prepare a mixture of the lower layer, the binder is mixed - polyurethane adhesive in an amount of 42-62 wt.% with granulated ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) in an amount of 38-58 wt.% with a fraction size of 1 mm to 50 mm, after the resulting mixture is spread on the prepared surface, levelled, cured and primed, to prepare a mixture of the middle layer, the binder is mixed - polyurethane adhesive in the amount of 16-23 wt.% with rubber granules in the amount of 77-84 wt.% with a fraction size of 1 mm to 8 mm, after the mixture is unloaded onto the bottom layer, levelled, held until cured and primed, to prepare a mixture of the upper layer, the binder is mixed - polyurethane adhesive in an amount of 12-17 wt.% with granulated ethylene-propylene diene monomer (EPDM) rubbers in the amount of 83-88 wt.% with a fraction size from 1 mm to 5, or with thermoplastic vulcanizates (TPV) in the amount of 83-88 wt.% with a fraction size from 1 mm to 5, or with thermoplastic vulcanized rubber in the amount of 83-88 wt.% with a fraction size of 1 mm to 5, or mix the binder - polyurethane adhesive in the amount of 15-22 wt.% with rubber granules in the amount of 73-82 wt.% with a fraction size of 1 mm to 5 mm and colouring pigments in the amount of 2-5 wt.%, after the resulting mixture is unloaded onto the middle layer, levelled, kept until cured, while these layers are interconnected to form a single monolithic multilayer carpeting.

EFFECT: invention provides increased reliability, injury safety of a multilayer carpeting, increased its shock-absorbing properties while improving the environmental situation due to disposal of large-tonnage production waste from thermoplastics - ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) used in the manufacture.
