FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction and relates to a method of making a two-layer injury-proof coating intended for laying on various surfaces in areas located both indoors and outdoors. Method involves preparation of a mixture for the lower and upper layers of materials, successive laying out of the mixture of each layer. To prepare a mixture of the lower layer of material, a binder is mixed — polyurethane glue, granular ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) and rubber granules in a certain amount per square meter and with a thickness of the lower layer of 10 mm, then the obtained mixture is laid on the prepared surface, levelled, held until hardened and primed, to prepare a mixture of the upper layer of the material, the following components are mixed in a certain amount per one square meter and with a thickness of the upper layer of 10 mm: hardened binder — polyurethane adhesive with granular ethylene-propylene rubber (EPDM), or with vulcanised thermoplastic elastomer (TPV), or with thermoplastic vulcanised rubber or mixing hardened binder — polyurethane adhesive with rubber granules and colouring pigments, after that, the obtained mixture is discharged onto the lower layer, levelled and held until hardening; at that, the above layers are connected to each other by forming a single monolithic two-layer coating.
EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the reliability, safety of the two-layer coating obtained using the disclosed method, as well as an increase in its shock-absorbing properties with simultaneous increase in wear resistance, improved environmental situation due to recycling of large-tonnage production wastes from ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) thermoplastics.
