FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: multi-layer safety carpeting that can be laid on various surfaces in areas located both indoors and outdoors, intended for child play, sports. The carpeting consists of the bottom, the middle and the top layers. The bottom layer is a hardened binder - polyurethane adhesive in the amount of 42-62 wt.% in a mixture with granulated ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) in the amount of 38-58 wt.% with a fraction size of 1 mm to 50 mm, the middle layer is a hardened binder - polyurethane adhesive in the amount of 16-23 wt.% mixed with rubber granules in the amount of 77-84 wt.% with a fraction size of 1 mm to 8 mm, the top layer is a hardened binder - polyurethane adhesive in the amount of 12-17 wt.% mixed with granulated ethylene-propylene diene monomer (EPDM) rubbers in the amount of 83-88 wt.% with a fraction size from 1 mm to 5 or with thermoplastic vulcanizates (TPV) in the amount of 83-88 wt.% with a fraction size from 1 mm to 5 or with thermoplastic vulcanized rubber in the amount of 83-88 wt.% with a fraction size of 1 mm to 5 or is a hardened binder - polyurethane adhesive in the amount of 15-22 wt.% mixed with rubber granules in the amount of 73-82 wt.% with a fraction size of 1 mm to 5 mm and colouring pigments in the amount of 2-5 wt.%, while these layers are interconnected to form a single monolithic multilayer carpeting.
EFFECT: invention provides increased reliability, injury safety of a multilayer carpeting, as well as an increase in its shock absorption properties while improving the environmental situation due to disposal of waste from large-scale production from thermoplastics - ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA).
