SUBSTANCE: this group of inventions includes nine options: composite profile solid element square of cross-section with a grid structure; composite profile solid element of rectangular cross-section with a grid structure; composite profile hollow element of square section with a grid structure; composite profile hollow element of rectangular section with a grid structure; composite t-beam with a grid structure; composite channel with a grid structure; composite profile hollow element of circular cross section with a grid structure; composite profile solid element of round section with a grid structure; composite angle with a grid structure. The task is achieved by means of composite profile elements with a grid structure made of a composite filled with a grid structure between the walls of the faces. Composites of the faces and the grid structure are made of fiberglass with a binder, or carbon fiber with a binder, or from a basalt fibre with a binder, or from multicomponent fiber with binder. The direction of the grid structure channels with respect to the very profile element is longitudinal. The direction of the composite fibers in the walls of the outer faces with respect to the grid structure channels can be longitudinal, transverse or at an angle, depending on the required technical characteristics of the product. It is also possible to make the outer faces walls of several composite layers with a different direction of fibers. The composite fibers direction in the walls of the grid structure and in the internal faces walls (if any) with respect to the channels is always longitudinal.

EFFECT: increasing the material compressive and bending stiffness at low weight.
