FIELD: transport engineering.
SUBSTANCE: inventions group relates to the field of transport engineering. The stacking structure of the composite material comprises a profile provided with a plurality of quadrangular chambers which are butt-jointed and then reinforced with an overlap joint. Wherein the quadrangular chambers contain square chambers and profile chambers, and square-shaped chambers pass into trapezoidal profile chambers along the profile. A car body made of a composite material having said composite material stacking structure. The method for laying a composite material for the production of the said structure of laying a composite material, including:
- use of the shape of the inner layers of quadrangular chambers with butt joint and reinforcement;
- the introduction of a reinforcing layer overlap before entering the mold;
- the transition of the shape of the inner layers of the quadrangular chambers from square to trapezoidal.
EFFECT: reduction in the mechanical properties of the material is achieved.
