A hydrogel containing by mass %: sodium alginate – 5–10; D-asparagine – 0.01–1.0; sodium silicate or potassium silicate – 0.05–1.0; the rest is highly purified water are described.
EFFECT: injection makes it possible to obtain on the 40th day of intramuscular injection, a fine-celled construct with single cells located in the walls of its cells, cells with elongated nuclei that are similar in morphology to those of myocytes are seen on the border of the implant.
