SUBSTANCE: invention relates to experimental medicine, namely to tissue engineering, and can be used in neurosurgery and traumatology. Hydrogel containing, mass. %: sodium alginate – 5–10; polyvinyl alcohol – 0.5–5; D-asparagine – 0.01–1.0; sodium silicate or potassium silicate – 0.05–1.0; calcium gluconate – 1.0; highly purified water – up to 100 % of the mixture by weight.
EFFECT: preparation allows to obtain a biodegradable skeleton on the 40th day after implantation into the region of the treponation defect of the parietal bone of the rat, in which signs of ingrowth of cellular elements of bone tissue are noted.
