The heating system includes at least one preheater, located at the place for heating of the container bottom for the unused frying medium. The heating system may also include at least one preheater located at the place for heating of at least one side surface of the container for the unused frying medium. The cooking device contains at least one supply tank, the fluid transfer device, various supply leak tight means or pipelines for the frying medium, the three-way valve, that introduces the air for blowdown the pipelines, and the frying medium receipt system.
EFFECT: ability to provide cleaning by blowing down.
