SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food roasting devices. The food roasting device contains: the main part (100) containing the heating chamber body (110) equipped with a heat conduit (111); a turning device (200) provided for in the heating chamber body (110) for turning the food over; a water reservoir (300) positioned inside the heating chamber body and containing water; a dropping substance guide (400) connected to the water reservoir so that fat dropping down from the food smoothly flows into the water reservoir; a steam delivery regulation unit forcing evaporated liquid (moving upwards through the dropping substance guide) to circulate inside the heating chamber body by way of convection; and a medication container (600) positioned next to the steam delivery control unit and containing a medication so that such medication aroma penetrates into the food.
