FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. Device for forming food products comprises plurality of shut off parts, which are designed to open and close the enclosed space surrounded by a plurality of shutting off parts. Each of the shut up part is made with a part to enable bending. Bending portion is formed so as to bend the distal end portion (43) of the shutting off part during the closing operation of the shutting off part in the direction opposite to the direction of the closing operation, between the position of the turning center of the shutting off part and the distal end portion (35) of the shutting off part. And the part for providing the possibility of bending is formed by a slit, notch or hole.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to improve the forming device and to reduce the amount of recyclable waste generated when parts with the filling is modeled.
