FIELD: biotechnologies.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the field of biotechnology, specifically to the method for genetical typing of strains of the plague microbe (Yersinia pestis) and of the pseudotuberculous microbe (Yersinia pseudotuberculosis) using the set of synthetic oligonucleotide primers and fragment analysis of fluorescently labeled DNA amplicons at the capillary DNA analyzer.
EFFECT: set of 13 pairs of primers, in contrast to the existing analogues, allows to carry out multiplex PCR in one reaction mixture.
