SUBSTANCE: invention represents a set of reagents for genetic typing strains of anthrax agent by fragment analysis "OM-Siberian plague-genotype", consisting of five reaction mixtures packed into stripped microtubes and lyophilically dried, including an equimolar mixture of deoxynucleoside triphosphates, Taq-DNA polymerase, trehalose, fluorescent-labeled primers, as well as in separate microtubes – a diluent of reaction mixtures, a positive control sample, a solution for diluting a positive control sample.
EFFECT: diagnostic role of the kit of reagents consists in the possibility of its use in supporting diagnosis of a specific pathology (anthrax) in the study of clinical isolates Bacillus anthracis isolated from the patient (suspected of the disease); anthrax isolates from environmental objects; as genetic test for identification of anthrax strains; for epidemiological monitoring.
