FIELD: microbiology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical microbiology and is intended for identification of Yersinia pestis strains of medieval biovar with subsequent differentiation by phylogenetic affiliation by real-time PCR method. PCR is performed with primers and probes on DNA targets Med24, 2.Med1, 2.Med3 and pCKF. Presence of signals with said primers on targets Med24 and pCKF identify 2.MED0. Presence of signals with primers on target 2.Med3 and absence of signals on targets Med24, 2.Med1 and pCKF identify 2.MED1. Presence of signals with primers on targets 2.Med1 and 2.Med3 and absence of signals on targets Med24 and pCKF identify 2.MED2. Presence of signals with primers on target 2.Med1 and absence of signals on targets Med24, 2.Med3 and pCKF identify 2.MED3.
EFFECT: invention provides fast and reliable identification of Yersinia pestis strains of medieval biovar with their phylogenetic division.
