FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, specifically to cardiovascular surgery. Valve-containing conduit for connection of the right ventricle and the pulmonary artery is formed from the biological tissue of the tubular body and a three-leafed locking element with commissure. Body and the three-leafed locking element are formed from a single folded fluke of cattle liver Glisson's capsule, one part of which is additionally bent in the form of duplication with width equal to the diameter of the manufactured conduit. Duplication is anchored by the mattress sutures to the flap along the curved borders of the shutter flaps. Said flaps are cut out along sutures. Mattress suture is applied on an opposite duplicate of the pre-bent edge of the end portion of the flap. Then the flap is formed in the form of a tubular body and sutured along a generatrix with a blanket suture. In the field of commissure on the shutters separate seams are applied with grip from 1–1.5 mm of the fabric of the leaf on each side. If cardiac ventricles are contracted by blood flow, conduit openings are opened to allow passage of blood into the pulmonary artery. After termination of the contraction, reverse blood flow appears, which closes the shutter flaps.
EFFECT: group of inventions enables reducing calcification in the area of closing the valve-containing conduit.
