FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to physiology and cardiology. In order to measure blood pressure, the analysis of the oscillogramms of the arteries is recorded and performed in the frequencies from 0 Hz to 60 Hz followed by electrical conversion. Compression of the pinch measuring cuff is continued until the appearance of the OSG waves. Magnitude of diastolic and systolic pressure is determined according to the amount of pressure in the pinch measuring cuff. In this case, the limiting value of the amplitude and time constant are determined. In order to determine the systolic pressure on the systolic portion, the oscillograms record the current amplitude at any time. Using the value of the amplitude and the moment of time, by means of consistent approximation to the regulated error of the iterative calculation, the limiting value of the amplitude and the time constant, according to which the systolic pressure is determined, and then the diastolic pressure is found similarly.
EFFECT: method increases the accuracy of measuring blood pressure by means of determining the amplitude and time at one point.
