FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to physiology and cardiology. Arteries oscillograms are recorded and analyzed at frequencies from 0 Hz to 60 Hz with subsequent electrical conversion. Compression of the pinch measuring cuff is continued until the appearance of the OSG waves. Magnitude of diastolic and systolic pressure is determined according to the amount of pressure in the pinch measuring cuff. In this case, the limiting value of the amplitude and time constant are determined. To determine systolic pressure on systolic portion of the oscillogram, the time constant is recorded from the calibration curve. Calibration is carried out a priori for two measured and known values of the upper and lower boundaries of the adaptive range. Calibration characteristic is function of limiting amplitude of oscillogram compensating uncertainty of time constant selected arbitrarily, and connecting reference and measured characteristic due to normalization of measured values by known ones. Calibration characteristic is used to find actual values of the time constant and the limiting amplitude of the oscillogram, from which a calibration characteristic, a reference characteristic is plotted, and a systolic pressure is determined, similarly diastolic pressure is found.
EFFECT: invention provides higher metrological efficiency due to elimination of metrological and dynamic error by calibration characteristic of limiting amplitude of oscillogram compensating uncertainty of time constant selected arbitrarily.
